Shipping Policy

Processing time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days domestically or 7–12 business days internationally, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note these are estimated timeframes and not guaranteed - delays can occur due to customs, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International shipping & customs
We ship internationally. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country - these are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Delays
While we aim to meet the timeframes above, unforeseen delays (customs clearance, weather, carrier backlogs) can occasionally extend delivery beyond 12 days. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Multiple items
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times, as they may ship from different fulfilment centres.
